The Museum is open every day between 11am and 4.30pm 
from the 1st April 2011 until the 31st October 2011.

In July and August we are open from 10am until 5pm.

As a guide, your visit should last between 2 and 3 hours.

Drumlanrig Castle & Country Estate
A joint ticket is available to visit Hidden Treasures, Museum of Lead Mining and Drumlanrig Castle and Country Estate which is located in Thornhill (approx 20 minutes from Wanlockhead) The joint ticket is available to purchase at either Hidden Treasures or Drumlanrig Castle for the special rates below:
